 There are many ways to grow your Organo Gold business. You have to have that positive energy, you have to want it. You have to follow THE WIN FORMULA, if you don't than you wont get anywhere. Don't let no one tell you, you can't. Never let negative energy come in your space and sabotage you. This applies to all aspects of life.

• W- What is my willingness to learn X willingness to change

• I-   initiative (Go out and grow your business without waiting for someone to tell you) Inspire (You have to be that positive influence on the people you meet with)

• N-NEVER NEVER, NEVER QUIT (Sure there will be some bumps in the road but you have to be Willing, Inspire, and Never quit, because you never know what could've been) You never know until you try.  This formula will get you far.

SAMPLE YOUR WAY YOU SUCCESS

The way you grow your team is sampling, "Free" who doesn't like free things. Before giving them a sample you MUST as these 4 important questions

• Do you or someone you know drink coffee or tea? (Most times this answer is YES)
• How do you like your coffee? (black, cream & sugar, ect.)
• What brand do you like best? (Starbucks, Folgers, Maxwell House,vect)
• When was the last time someone (The brand they like) has sent you a check for drinking their coffee?  (This question would be never)

Before giving them your sample, (make sure there is a label with your name, number, and OG website on the sample) Say "This is the coffee that pays you" . You want to get two pieces info from them, 

1. How did the like the taste?
2. How did it make?

DO NOT influence their answer, let them tell you. You want to get their name and number to get feedback in 24 hours.
When you call them in 24 hours you ask those 2 questions above.
If they liked the coffee tell them:
"I can get more for you... Would you like it at Retail or Wholesale?
(Let them tell you)
They will as you the difference in price. Tell them: The Gourmet Black sells for $30 /box  plus shipping/handling Retail. It sales for $15/box plus shipping and handling Wholesale)

• If they answer Retail either schedule a tine to drop of some boxes or send them to your website and have them click on "Shop/Enroll" button to order there
• 
  If the answer Wholesale, Sign them up.

If they don't want to buy coffee ask them for at least 2-3 people name and number who would be interested in the coffee.

My Advice: Taste all of your products before you start sampling so you can give your honest opinion in case someone ask.
